Training: INOPI's First Concrete Step

INOPI's training curriculum and materials blueprint for improving work productivity and employability — 10 programs across 3 launch time horizons, mapped onto a Proficiency Level × Job Grade matrix, covering 10 hard skills and 12 soft skills, with 12 industries as case study sources.

Mass AI Adoption, Lagging Workforce Readiness

Companies and educational institutions are adopting AI quickly, but workforce competency has not caught up. The need for structured training is very large and has not been served systematically. The association needs to step in to fill this gap as a provider of standards and competency development.

The Association's Launch Needs a Flagship Program

The launch momentum is effective only when accompanied by a real program, not just a declaration. Training is the fastest program to execute and the one whose benefits members feel immediately. It marks INOPI's identity and credibility from day one.

Conclusion: Training is the first concrete step — immediate impact, fast to execute, and INOPI's flagship program at launch.

INOPI Methodology

INOPI Skills Cube

A 4-dimensional framework for analyzing training needs — Proficiency × Job Grade × Skill (Hard/Soft) × Industry. One-size-fits-all training is no longer enough: skill needs differ by level, role, type of skill, and industry. The INOPI Skills Cube maps all of them so that training hits the mark.
